Can I have movies, slides and photos on the same tape?
Yes, 8 mm and Super 8 mm film, slides or photos can be mixed on
any one order.
Do you transfer
directly to DVD?
To transfer a movie to DVD, we first record your transfer into our powerful video
computers, in the highest quality DV format. We then create a custom title page
for your DVD project and mark the chapters. The whole project is then multiplexed
and burned on DVD media with a 100+ year life span.
How do I check on the progress of my order?

How
long will it take to transfer my films to video?
We transfer film on a first come first served basis, with the average turn around
time being 3 to 5 days. Larger projects transferred to DVD take approximately 5-7
days.
How many reels or feet of film can I get on a
DVD?
Approximately 12 - 16 of the small (three inch diameter, 50 foot) film reels (about 600-800
feet of film). Without any loss of quality.
How do I determine how much film I have?
Are there compatibility problems with your DVDs with
certain DVD players?
There are no compatibility issues with our DVDs, our DVD's are guaranteed to work
in your DVD player or computer's DVD drive.
My 8mm film reels have audio how do you handle
that?
We do not process audio from 8mm or Super 8mm Film.
